I provide a comprehensive health and transformation service including Fitness Training, Massage Therapy, and Lightwork Meditation.  I’ve been running this business since 2009, helping people heal, revitalise, focus, and reach goals.  I am a spunky, fun, challenging trainer, a highly rated, highly technical massage therapist, and a grounded, intuitive meditation coach and lightworker who keeps a solid spiritual practice and point of view.  

I welcome people of all backgrounds, ages, shapes, and sizes.  I reside on the westside but can travel towards your location if needed.  I do mostly mobile bodywork, remote coaching, and gym-style training.  24/7 text support is part of my service, and I take a holistic approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-heart balance.

My passion is my connection with my clients. I am highly skilled at detecting exactly what is needed, whether that’s the mental key to get your butt moving, the focus to hear your intuition, or the exact muscular origin of your pain pattern and how to release it in one session.
