Anna is a personal trainer AND massage therapist. She specialises in Body Sculpture, Minimising Pain, and correcting imbalance. “A few years ago, I was struggling with my workout regimen. I had previously worked with two other terrific personal trainers, but their workouts didn't offer much in the way of variety. I found that, even after lifting for over a year, I was still using many of the same muscle exercises as I did when starting out. Soon, I lost sight of my exercise goals. My workouts often became too long or too short, and I was less productive with each workout session. Fortunately, I met Anna as I was losing interest in exercise. I gave her a vague explanation of how I wanted to improve my strength and athleticism but didn't know how to target many areas of conditioning in one work out. She helped me develop a program that would improve different muscle groups, core balance, and cardiovascular health. Every session with her was different; it felt very improvisational and I became excited for what I would learn in each session. She showed me how to maintain good posture as well as a balance between muscle strength and endurance, areas where my previous trainers often fell short. She was even able to mix in a little bit of yoga. Today, I feel confident that I can exercise efficiently and productively, and I've learned a multitude of exercises that I can use depending on my goals for a particular workout session. Also, she's a very sweet, welcoming person, definitely not intimidating at all (a plus for someone shy like myself). Highly recommended.”

Anna is the BEST!! My fiancé bought me 8 sessions with Anna as a birthday gift. We had just gotten engaged and I told him how I wanted to get in shape for the wedding. After 8 sessions with Anna I saw a huge improvement in my health and body.

Anna does a really great job at teaching you how to listen to your body. I began to see drastic differences in my body when I ate bad food (fried chicken and pizza) versus good food (plant protein shakes and veggies). I'm a girl who LOVES pizza, BBQ and beer but I began to notice how gross I felt after I ate the "bad foods" and really started to learn how to listen to my body. I NEVER would have thought that I would have carrots and broccoli for dinner, but now that's become one of my favorite meals after a workout.

Before I started working out with Anna, I had a pretty awful knee injury. I tore one of the ligaments in my knee while hiking about 3 years ago and ever since then I totally relied on a knee brace for whenever I exercised or was on my feet for long amounts of time. After training with Anna, I no longer wear the knee brace and can go to dance class, hikes and be on my feet without wearing the knee brace at all!

Anna is awesome. She's an all around amazing person and really easy to get along with. She has the perfect demeanor for pushing you to your greatest potential but also listening to you when your body is telling you to stop. She's a total pro and knows the limits of the body so all you need to do is just trust her. :)

“I had never tried to loose weight in my life and was convinced that maybe I couldn't, but with my wedding coming up I really wanted to look my best. “Anna was my trainer for a year and I absolutely loved it.

When I began with Anna I was looking for a little boost of getting me back into shape. I wasn't horribly out of shape but getting to the gym was getting more and more difficult and I was always on top of eating healthy either. I met Anna a few years ago in my path as I was going through a rough time physically. I had injured myself at the gym, My sciatica nerve and my piriformis muscle were damaged from sloppy technique with seated rows. The pain was crazy and this did not go away and though I might be living with this forever. I was doing physical therapy and did so for 6 months with no results. Constant discomfort and pain was the norm.

  I had just joined a new gym and as all gyms offer they were giving 2 free sessions with a personal trainer (being that I have been working out for over 20 years I felt no need for this) Anna called me a few times to try to set up a consultation and finally I said why not.  As with all things I went in with an open mind and was not aware what was about to happen. The usual questions and funky exercises were there than we got down to my current physical issue and I told her the sob story and was there anything I could do to fix the issue. Right away she felt like she could help and boldly predicted she could fix me.  Well, she was cute and I figured what do I have to lose and the pain I was in I was down to try anything.

So we began.....Over the next few weeks and into months and now into years later we have done some serious work which was  some very hard days of training. we needed to get to the CORE of things in my body and we did just that! She broke it all down and also added amazing stretching and massage into the mix. Anna has been blessed gifts with exercise , massage and the mind ( she is a healer) !

Needless to say that after 6 months and a full year into my work with Anna I have been healed and feel great! I am now more in tune with my body, my mind and my soul. I am aware of how proper technique in exercise and the healing power of massage can make one's body feel so great even after a 60-70 hour work week.
